Downtown Room

Recomendado."

"Super good! Clean, good room, balcony, hall, good host In the heart of the old city, supermarkets, all the sightseeings nearby It can seam a bit scary the central area at the beginning, But it isn't.... There are a lot of police and its quite safe I think the best economic option for the city centre of Asuncion"

"Comfortable clean bedroom and really friendly host."

"The outdoor kitchen was not very clean. The location did not feel with people lingering on the streets. However, the security of the apartment was good."

"The owners were really helpful and friendly with good english. Really nice property with clean room, comfy bed and good air conditioning. Shared bathroom had good shower with hot water."

"There wasnt much in the way of choice for restaurants in the immediate area especially on the sunday when most were closed but this is no fault of the property. Couldnt get the tv to work properly."

"Beautiful place to stay at a great value in the centre of Asuncion. Air Conditioning works well and the apartment has everything you need. The hosts are friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend staying here."

"I liked everything."

"A great space in Asuncion's microcentro, comfortable and generally very quiet and peaceful, about a ten minute walk to the more bustling areas around Plaza Independencia. The owner is super friendly, helpful, and flexible, the bed is comfortable, and the kitchen has enough stuff to warm up leftovers or make simple meals if you need to. Would not hesitate to return."

"No significant issues or things that bothered me at the price point."
