"Great location in the valley, amazing food great staff. Really cozy and the little hot pool and sauna are amazing way to start the day!"

"The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food. The tropical gardens around the hotel were beautiful and larger than any hotel gardens I have seen elsewhere in Asia and very well maintained. In particular we would like to mention Mr Tony Tong the Hospitality Manager who was very helpful advising us on excursions and sorting out a serious travel problem (0ne railway ticket booked instead of two!)"

"Wij hadden de benedenverdieping van de Villa. In één woord: heerlijk! De accommodatie is ruim, schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het zwembad is heerlijk waar de kids zich ook goed in vermaakt hebben. De omgeving is niet erg toeristisch, maar met een beetje goed zoeken zijn er diverse mooie wandelroutes in de omgeving. De host is erg vriendelijk en staat voor je klaar."

There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.

I needed to ask a couple of times in 1 day to clean my room. When I checked in and went for a swim, the guard asked me where my swimming pool wristband was. I had not received one, so I had to leave the pool to get it :(

No cappuccino option at brekky, just mediocre coffee. The "beach" is not worth the name - better stick with the pool.

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

En el baño faltaba donde poner el jabón o el shampo, mal producto de gel para bañarse y no había shampoo, Mucho ruido de la gente de animación y ruido en general en el hotel, pocas sombrillas en la playa para protegerse del sol Tampoco me pareció bueno el sistema de reserva de los restaurantes temáticos de ir todos los días hacer fila para esa noche Nosotras nos quedamos 8 noches y gente que estuvo menos noches conseguían reservas más fácilmente

"Las casas muy lindas. Bien equipadas y con lindos detalles. La pileta es climatizada y tiene además jacuzzi. La atención de Cecilia y de Nadin impecable ! Nos pasaron además un montón de info de Punta del diablo. Les recomiendo visitar además la Maison de cecile para desayunar o merendar muy rico todo y hermoso lugar muy cerca de las cabañas. Las playas el Rivero están cerca y son muy lindas pero todas las playas de Punta del diablo son hermosa"

Estaría bueno sumar un black out en los ventanales de arriba. Igual somos de levantarnos temprano así que no nos molesto.

"El alojamiento es un complejo encantador con habitaciones aisladas y amplias. La ubicación excelente. Y el personal muy servicial."

"Late check-in was easy and quick. Room was clean and comfortable. Facilities were good and hotel is next to water park and Pasir Ris park, which is great for outdoor activities."

The swimming pool was closed for two days, but the hotel kindly removed the related charges. At breakfast, I would suggest adding kiwi and avocado, which I personally missed. "La dueña muy amable, siempre predispuesta . El Resort es muy tranquilo , ideal para relajarse. Cocina amplia con todos los accesorios necesarios. Baño amplio . Lo único para criticar, la cama , ya que no era grande . Cama de dos plazas de 1.40. Igual lo súper recomiendo !!!"
