"El hotel tiene hermosas caminatas alrededor. La habitación era súper cómoda y estaba impecable. Destaco la excelente atención de los empleados."

Podría observar que había pocas opciones en el Menú del Restaurante y Bar. Me hubiera gustado encontrar más variedad. De todas formas, la comida era rica y abundante.

Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

The rooms were clean, the beds were excellent, and the facilities were spacious, if needing a little spruce up in places. Staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the activities that were available through the day. The kids helped find hermit crabs, and toads for the evening races😊. The kids spent a lot of time in the pool, and we were pleasantly surprised by the fish life found snorkeling just right off the beach. There are also kayaks available to use in the safe lagoon. The accessibility of the village kept us grounded in the local community. Some of the evening entertainment by the local village people singing/dancing was just superb."

We had a car, so could get off-site for days like doing river-tubing(excellent!!), and the Kula Wildlife park(also an excellent outing) Breakfast was an ample continental breakfast with the option to buy cooked breakfast. Lunch menu was limited but very good. Sorry staff - but we did feel the evening meals sometimes let you down, being fairly expensive for a 3 star resort, and sometimes just lacking in veges and taste. The staff were adaptable for children, and did produce things not on the menu, like fried vege rice. We appreciated being able to order earlier for the children. We did pop out for some cheaper evening meals about 25 minutes away.

"I have never been to a Taj before, so I have nothing to compare it to. The lobby is impressive and the location with direct access to the beach is great. The staff is lovely and the housekeeping do so much for you, Saudtha I believe, checked on us regularly and brought us more water or towels."

When a twin is converted into a double room, one of the guests end up without space to put their things and the light switches are at the wrong place.

Restaurant waiters are useless, slow, just talking to each other. . Even if you are a guest at hotel they want you to pay for the huts. Hotel guests should get at least a free hour daily. There is no real beach seating for hotel guests to relax.

"Magic Reef is a beautiful resort, very relaxing. The bungalows are well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. It was also great to have our own comfortable lounge chairs on the deck to take in the views out over the reef, watching the waves crashing and the sun setting which was all simply breathtaking. There are a few really good restaurants within walking distance down the beach, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing time. We hired a car for a couple of days to explore around the island, enjoy some beach swimming, snorkeling and to eat at some different restaurants. The pool was great, lovely temperature and depth. Our hosts and all the staff were friendly, helpful and we enjoyed talking with them. Thanks for the beautiful platter in the fridge, the beers, juice etc which was so appreciated. We would highly recommend Magic Reef if you like a small boutique resort."

"The hotel is very clean and the staff are extremely polite. They made us feel very welcome. The facilities of the indoor pool and spa are very clean and well kept. The gym is a plus - very clean and well equipped with a nice view, and it it is open 24/7. The room was very clean. We were given an upgrade, which we appreciated immensely. We ate at The Essence of India which is one of the restaurants at the hotel, and it was to die for. A must when visiting Malta! Overall, a lovely weekend stay, nice and relaxing."

The gym itself is well equipped and clean but can only be reached from the outside. We were there in winter and it was very windy to reach it. So make sure to get a jacket. For the ladies, make sure to have a shower cap on hand as unfortunately our room had a fixed hanging shower faucet which was not ideal but doable. The breakfast is by set time seating, so make sure to plan your stay and book accordingly. When it came to the breakfast food although very good in taste and quality, it was not as vast as I would have expected - especially the desserts. I am a chocolate lover, and there was only one chocolate sponge cake and one choc-au-pain. I am a nutella lover and would have loved a nutella croissant or something along that sort of dessert for breakfast. I however emphasise on how polite and helpful the staff are!

"PROPERTY WAS GOOD AND THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL. ONLY CONCERN WAS THER VERY LESS OPTION FOR VEGITEARIAN PEOPLE. THEY ONLY PROVIDE BREADS, ONE OR TWO CERALS, FRUITS AND SOME RICE ITEMS, WHICH IS NOT ENOUGH ."

"Exceptional site and lovely beaches & swimming pools with good restaurants"

The fact that, despite the heat, rooms were not supplied with drinking water & this had to be ordered from room service at $5 a small bottle. We had just arrived from staying at the Hamilton Princess hotel in Bermuda &, as is normal for luxury hotels of this standard, that had no problem in supplying drinking water to guests free of charge.
