"The location is right in the heart of Georgetown, within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. The accommodation is beautifully designed,easily the best I’ve seen in Penang. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made sure we were well taken care of."

If I were to nitpick, the dinner menu could be a bit more interesting. Other than that, everything was great.

The resort is not in walking distance to San Ignacio. You need a car (and worse a parking spot) to go there. This makes you dependent on the hotel‘s facilities and restaurant. Be aware that the breakfast included only means a small selection of breakfast choices. Whenever you want something extra eg eggs you pay extra! You pay a 10% „service charge“ on everything, even on the organization of tours, which is quite a ripoff. I did some activities organized by the hotel. These tours (especially the mayan cooking class) are real good, however as a single I had to pay for two people (minus a small discount). Moreover, tax & „service charge“ were added to the net prices mentioned in the flyer. Taken together this makes these tours unacceptably expensive.

The rooms were clean, the beds were excellent, and the facilities were spacious, if needing a little spruce up in places. Staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the activities that were available through the day. The kids helped find hermit crabs, and toads for the evening races😊. The kids spent a lot of time in the pool, and we were pleasantly surprised by the fish life found snorkeling just right off the beach. There are also kayaks available to use in the safe lagoon. The accessibility of the village kept us grounded in the local community. Some of the evening entertainment by the local village people singing/dancing was just superb."

We had a car, so could get off-site for days like doing river-tubing(excellent!!), and the Kula Wildlife park(also an excellent outing) Breakfast was an ample continental breakfast with the option to buy cooked breakfast. Lunch menu was limited but very good. Sorry staff - but we did feel the evening meals sometimes let you down, being fairly expensive for a 3 star resort, and sometimes just lacking in veges and taste. The staff were adaptable for children, and did produce things not on the menu, like fried vege rice. We appreciated being able to order earlier for the children. We did pop out for some cheaper evening meals about 25 minutes away.

"This apartment is well kept, very clean, comfortable, with all facilities at high level and abundancy. Interior very nice and cozy. SPECTACULAR views from the terrace, definitely that makes this apartment special. The hosts very nice people, very attentive and helpful. Even helped me to take off flat tire and fix it the nearest garage. Communication excellent. If you are in Morgan's Bay, this is would an excellent choice."

주변에 식당이없다보니 골드카드로 갔는데 식사를 그나마 괜찮은건 마젤란이었는데 3박동안 가려니 너무 질리더라구요 사이판pic처럼 좀더 다양한 레스토랑이 있었으면 좋겠어요

Too many kids - weather was a bit rainy so they were mostly inside...

"The apartments are located in a beautiful area, offering a peaceful atmosphere and views of the greenery surrounding the entire valley. The apartments are clean and functional, with internet access at satisfactory speed. This is a good choice for a relaxing stay. Nearby the SPA, there are a few walking trails, and for those seeking more, Velika planina is close by. The breakfast is satisfactory, and the staff was friendly and accommodating."

The pools are modest compared to other spa resorts, but a new complex is currently under construction.

Restaurant waiters are useless, slow, just talking to each other. . Even if you are a guest at hotel they want you to pay for the huts. Hotel guests should get at least a free hour daily. There is no real beach seating for hotel guests to relax.

"Our suite came with a hot tub on the balcony. It was beautiful view and the rooms were super comfortable. The suite also came with a glass of wine and complimentary breakfast buffet the next day. It was very pleasant and nice. We enjoyed our stay."

En el baño faltaba donde poner el jabón o el shampo, mal producto de gel para bañarse y no había shampoo, Mucho ruido de la gente de animación y ruido en general en el hotel, pocas sombrillas en la playa para protegerse del sol Tampoco me pareció bueno el sistema de reserva de los restaurantes temáticos de ir todos los días hacer fila para esa noche Nosotras nos quedamos 8 noches y gente que estuvo menos noches conseguían reservas más fácilmente

A little tired in places - could do with a bit of a spruce up such as a lick of paint on all the walls, new carpets in the common areas (stairs) etc. Seemed to be a lot of staff but not a lot of guests (although the staff were lovely).

"Facilities and Location were good. Concierge team always helping with luggage and always opening the door for me. Housekeeping very friendly, always smiling and saying Hi. Late check- out was nice."
