"Ես այստեղ երկրորդ ամառն եմ հանգստանում,այս անգամ ինձ շատ ավելի դուր եկավ,քանի որ վերանորոգվել էին ննջասենյակները,համալրվել էին նոր գույքով։Ամեն ինչ շատ լավ էր,ես անչափ գոհ եմ։"

"It's a 2 bedroom and a spacious living room flat with a good size kitchen and a bathroom. Living room and beds are comfortable. It is good to have a table and chairs in the living room besides the ones in the kitchen. Hosts are pleasant and helpful."

"All cups, utensils, pot and pan are of cheap quality, old and definitely useless. They all must be replaced. If a short parapet can be made around the shower place, the bathroom floor won't get flooded. If these two points are taken care of then the apartment will deserve score of 10."

"Квартира полностью была в нашем распоряжении. Очень близко есть супермаркеты и озеро Севан. В квартире был фен, утюг, обогреватель. Заселились мы очень поздно вечером, но нас все равно приняли радушно."

"The location was excellent, as was the breakfast and the staff were friendly. Smart TV was a bonus. The standard rooms were spacious and very comfortable and made for a very pleasant stay. We would definitely stay again."

"We had an absolutely great stay at Karin’s B&B. She has a couple of rooms on the ground floor of their house, all spotlessly clean. Our room was very comfortable, and we appreciated in the morning the good breakfast prepared by Amine. She prepared as well. A delicious dinner for us during two of the nights we stayed there. Karin had also very good advice, and could organize a drive up to incredible petroglyphs at 3500m in the mountains. And her kind husband spoiled us with fruits from the garden. We will definitely come back!"

The way that Arushik welcommed us with nice homemade gata, the fact that the room was so clean and comfy, the fact that we could reach the family at any moment to support us when we needed help. Even if the temperatures were really low when we visited Gyumri(-10 degrees) the room was always hot. The room is in walking distance from the beautiful city center of Gyumri and it is highly recommended for visiting this beautiful town."

"Thank you very much for a pleasant stay. The receptionist was so kind and showed us around all the areas the hotel has to offer (cinemas, weightlifting school where real champions train...). Thank you fot tour. Our room had everything we needed. The bathroom was very spacious. The breakfast was good including several types of eggs, cheeses and delicious jams! The location is not in the busy center, but everything is within walking distance. We like accommodations with a Genius loci."
