"The location of this apartment is amazing! Walking distance to the lake, restaurants, and supermarkets. The apartment was super clean, modern, and equipped with all the basic items. Tatyana was very helpful and responded quickly to messages when we had questions. Would definitely come back!"

Main window is in the bedroom, so the livingroom is kind of dark, but with lights on it didn't bother me.

yo diría que si reservan no cuenten con el parking. Es imposible!!! sin embargo no dejaría de reservar por eso.

"We were warmly welcomed by the owner of the property - we felt right at home. He was very keen to host and you could really tell this in the way he interacted with us. Communication prior to our arrival was also very informative and friendly. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was amazing. So comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean and small touches around the room were cozy and well thought out. The surroundings are peaceful and our night stay was exactly what we needed after a big hike that day. Great for relaxation."

The hot water doesn’t last for very long but the water pressure is super good!

La piscina es amplia y agradable, ideal para relajarme después de pasar el día en la playa. Sin duda, lo que más destaco son las vistas increíbles que hicieron mi estancia aún más especial. "A fantastic find! Good location in tropical countryside just outside of Batumi near to the Botanical gardens. Facilities perfect. Good sized rooms and lovely pool. Faultless! Diana and Casto were the perfect hosts and very family orientated. We had a medical emergency and they went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation."

"The apartment was stocked with many basic food items: Bread, butter, margarine, tea, instant coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, juice, milk, coke, and snacks, to the best of my memory. This was essential because we arrived at 3:00 AM and had to be ready for a tour at 6:00 AM. Also, some of that is expensive to buy when you must leave it behind if you are only there a few days. We liked that there was a security guard there and the building and area felt safe. Laundry facilities."

We missed bakeries and supermarkets in the surrounding but all in all great

"everything was just perfect and the stuff was super amazing people like Tima, Cecilia and Fanya also the chef, was my first time being in Mozambique and I was lucky to choose 40/40 accomodation for my stayand it motivated me to come back again that side spends my holidays."

Network was poor but I can't blame the guesthouse it's was also everywhere I went in Mozambique.

"Espacioso, calefacción a buena, cocina equipada. Cafetera con cápsulas. Muy cerca de la plaza vieja unos 300 mt y del puente Carlos unos 800 mts. A 250 mts un centro comercial y supermercado. Buen servicio de internet. Dos duchas y dos baños independientes. Muy bien decorado. Muy amable atención. Un hermoso antiguo edifico decorado con muy buen gusto. Súper recomendable!"

"Mona was exceptionally helpful and communicated clearly to get me settled in. The room was spotlessly clean and the maid service kept it in excellent shape. The staff at the building were friendly and helpful, especially security who looked after our car,"

It is a little hard to find and it might not be a bad idea to have some instructions in thai for the driver, we spent a while locating it. Once found it was easy enough to find again.
