"The comfort, accessibility and ease of the accommodation."

On my last sleep of the week I was disturbed by the above resident, moving furniture and banging in the early hours of my departure day. Also just before 3am, being woken up by my TV having it on a different channel to what I had when I turned it off before going to bed believing someone had trespassed into the property and the thought of my belongings being stolen.

Ανυπόφορος θόρυβος τη νύχτα, εξαιτίας νεανικού club που λειτουργεί από κάτω. Χρειάζεται επειγόντως ισχυρή ηχομόνωση για περιορισμό του προβλήματος.

"There is a kitchen where I was able to prepare my own meals. All the facilities are included e.g a cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave etc It was a home from home apartment which was to my liking and style. The host Marcia is excellent and extremely helpful. I would describe her as a problem solver and very knowledgeable. Including Yolanda who does the day to day Management of the accommodation . She is always helpful and very friendly no matter how busy her day is . I have recently extended my stay for a further 18 days as I am very happy staying here whilst visiting friends and overseeing some renovation work on my own property."

Due to the fact that we are on a main Road there is ongoing traffic and the noise can sometimes be a bit loud from the music boxes the cars and taxi drivers have in their vehicles. There is no noise control on vehicles in Guyana. However, after a time you get use to it.

"We were meet by the owner Michel and his staff. All the staff were very accommodating and pleasant they made us all feel at home. The staff did their very best to ensure we enjoyed our stay, they were very attentive. The property was perfect for me and my whanau (family) we live near the ocean in NZ. We enjoy being near the ocean and forest. A great opportunity for all to rejuvenate mind and body. We were all able to relax and enjoy the private beach. We were very grateful and blessed for their assistance with the option of a late check-out and help with transport to Uturoa Airport. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The Kitchen/pantry storage and dining area's were clean perfect for our needs. We will be back. Tau Ke!!"

"Off the beaten track, comfortable, quiet and yes the view is directly out to sea. Not though that if you diving from KimSha beach area allow double the time Google maps says to get there. Traffic can be very slow."

"We stayed in the apartment A402, I believe their are a number of units rented in the complex. We had underground parking a few steps from the lift. The apartment is spacious with a great terrace with great views, including Mont Blanc in the distance. It was very well kitted out and very comfortable. I felt it was good value for the price we paid."

The beds and bed linen are ok (clean) but could do with an upgrade. The bathroom could also do with an upgrade, remove the bath and put in a shower, and upgrade the lighting, but that is just my opinion. The WiFi is a bit hit and miss, it is been connected through a Netgear Router from the apartment directly above.

A bit of coordination initially to get to the property due to the road, but the owner was wonderful at making it easy, and other taxis had no problem getting there after my initial attempt.

"A very nice and well equipped apartment on the 8th floor. The young lady who represented the owners was very helpful and nice about everything. The lady who was responsible for cleaning did a superb job."

As I have a problem with a leg I wrote the owners beforehand to be assured that access to the apartment was easy and was informed that it was, however, when we arrived it turned out that we first had to access one building and take a lift four floors and then walk a bit to access the building with the apartment. It should also be mentioned that there was a problem with the lock on the door leading out to the street, and it was often difficult to open from the outside. For the first three nights we were assigned an other apartment one floor below that was not up to standard at all. We were, however granted a discount for the inconvenience. We had not been informed about this beforehand. The television in the apartment did not work, and was not fixed during our stay. The apartment was on the eight floor and there was no sign for emergency exit on the floor. The owners lived in Italy and all contact with them was through the young lady representing them in Mindelo.

Рядом рифы с огромным количеством местных рыбок разного размера и цвета, поэтому берите с собой маску. Мы жили в Garden vew - это отдельный от основгого отеля guest house на 5 номеров с частной территорией - вход по чипу. Пляж, ресторан находятся на основной территории отеля (Laguna view), где имеется 22 номера. Они естественно дороже. От garden view до laguna view метров 400 по прямой. Так что мы хоть 1000 шагов за день наматывали, а то и 100 не выходило бы ))) Вечером к причалу приплывают акулы няньки и рифовые акулы - отель их кормит каждый вечер."

Мы брали полный пансион. Завтраки были печальные. Из белка только омлет с овощами и через раз сосиски. В обед не швецкий стол, а отель сам дает то, что готовят в данный день. Не нравится - заказывай из платного меню: 2е блюдо + сок выходит 15-20$ на человека. На ужин макароны+рис и мясо+рыба. 1 салат и 1 вид фруктов. Наверное для Мальдив это нормально - не знаю.

"Such a lovely, wise and amazing lady. She went above and beyond the expectations we had and helped us with everything we needed and made sure we felt comfortable. The location of the apartment is amazing with a lovely view. I will 100% book the same place if I am in La Paz again"

"Location is excellent. The views , amenities , nearby restaurant were one of the best compared with nearby beaches . Close to Red Hook port for ferry to St John . Will definitely stay here again."

"Bello! Tranquilo, familiar, entretenido, cómodo.. las personas que trabajan ahí son muy simpáticos y atentos.. lo que más me gustó es que tenga lavandería, compras las fichas para lavado y secado (muy baratas) y podes lavar tu ropa tranquilamente, cosa que en Aruba es muy difícil conseguir.."

Lo único que fue raro, es que en la publicación dice que tiene playa, y no.. no tiene salida a la playa.. si tienen un servicio de traslado gratuito.. pero si no volves a la hora que el traslado vuelve, te toca pagar taxi. Porque no es cerca para caminar..

The room was a little small with not enough room to move around --

"We are a family of 6 and we spent 20 days in this 3 bedroom spacious and comfortable house with excellent facilities and everything worked well starting from the air conditioning in all of the rooms, the standby generator, kitchen appliances ie: boiler, washing machine, fridge, kettle, microwave, cooker etc, big smart TV with Netflix amazon prime in the living room. Located in the city centre and close to the shops and restaurants with easy street parking. The house also have a well maintained private front garden where residents can relax.. The house has been recently refurbished."

Frequent power cuts in the city but with a standby generator on site we always have electricity in J Nova residential.

"El departamento es hermoso, funcionaba todo, el agua caliente salía perfecta."

Es un departamento temporal, incluye utensilios de cocina pero no tenía sal, aceite ni azúcar, lo que hace imposible cocinar o agrega un gasto extra que fácilmente podría estar resuelto por el hospedaje. También dice contar con servicio de lavandería, pero es una sala de lavarropas con costo extra, 900 coronas por lavar y 900 más por secar.
