"Lovely place.. super modern, well designed, mod cons, all new, spotlessly clean detached home in the peaceful and bougie suburbs of the city.. Very comfortable, with great natural light. Lots of great modern facilties for eg the warm air in the bathroom. The process was seamless and experience was faultless. The pictures are a true and fair representation."

This place is fantastic, so reluctant to put neg things here! The following tweaks would have made it perfect! A well placed (thicker) hedge at the front could provide more privacy for the small patio area which sits at front of the house (roadside). Shops and restaurants nearby. The facilities are really modern so was surprised no dimmer switch on lights. A lamp could help with soft lighting. More translated material for non Japanese. English in my case.

The check in process and receiving the keys could be improved. That process was not clear and we had to wait before a closed door.

The walk to restaurants was a little risky as parts had no pavement and some of it is on a busy road. This of course has nothing to do with the property per se but just an observation.

Tylko jedna rzecz na minus,to był pierwszy przystanek po długim locie w pobliżu nie ma sklepu a w apartamencie nie było nawet jednej butelki wody...

"Schönes Haus . Gute Lage. Nicht weit zum Zentrum. Bus um die Ecke. Schlafzimmer und Bäder top. Im EG großes Wohn- und Esszimmer. Alles wie auf den Bildern."

Die Küche hat nur einen kleinen Unterbaukühlschrank. Das ist arg klein. Geschirr, Tassen und Gläser gab es reichlich, aber leider keine Töpfe. (nur eine kleine Pfanne) Da sollte unbedingt mal ein Topf Set angeschafft werden.

"- The location is great with absolutely fantastic snorkelling out the front (felt very safe and I’m not a strong swimmer) - use of Kayaks an added bonus - refreshing to cool off in the pool or relax in a hammock - the villas are clean and user friendly, very comfortable bed, excellent wifi and aircon highly valued -Michael is a champion with a friendly smile, excellent local knowledge and nothing we asked about was a hassle or too much trouble! "The villa was stunning and really well laid out and there was so much space, you could have family time but alone time too. The conversion and history was amazing along with the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. The kids loved the pool with the different lights and jacuzzi and they had great fun. Also had beach towels which was a plus. There was a full sized table tennis table which was also good fun. Location was really good and situated in a beautiful place. Shops were extremely close and it also had advantage of it being open 24 hours a day. They had bbq facilities as well however due to the weather we never got a chance to use this. The owner even bought and delivered us a birthday cake for someone in our party which was delicious."

The location is a bit out of the way. Only one shop was nearby. So if you rent, it’s better to have your own means of transportation.

"Nice apartment. Clean and the neighbourhood seemed safe. All the amenities worked. The host and staff were readily available. The only issue has nothing to do with the property, the internet says there is a place nearby to get food. The internet is wrong, that place is closed, it.woul be wise to take groceries or food."

"Easy to find and get into. Nice outside area and comfortable bed. We didn't stay very long and got in late, but enjoyed our stay overall."

The ceiling fan didn't work well and it was really hot. The room was like a hotbox. It was a heat wave in the area so not entirely the property's fault but they could do with maintenance on the fan.

"Getting to the island was a mission, the ferries go when the ferries go! Nice welcome on arrival and excellent diving. Clean and comfortable room. Lovely to be away from the internet."

Minor things, although the food tasted nice it could have been warmer and in our room it needed the gaps filling around the windows and doors to stop the mozzies.

Hard to find. In need of renovation but it seems like it's underway.

"The hone was beautiful and relaxing. We absolutely loved our stay. The only thing was the shower handle was broken and rje shower head pressure was so low. We will recommend this little piece of serenity to all our friends and family. See you next time! Thank you"

"We were group of friends with families, so we were very excited about place, surrounding, distance to the sea - everything was great! Kids had a lot of acticities, even to collect shells or pine cones. Every room had separate bathrooms, kitchen equipment, tools for barbeque (we need to brought only charcol for cooking)."

It small thing, that do not efect my valuation - sofa was a bit to hard for adults, would be great to have additional mattress :)
