The rooms are spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, with a decent-sized bathroom that added to the comfort. One of the biggest highlights was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff—especially Fayjur, the airport agent, who was an absolute lifesaver during my departure. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, which made transfers super easy. The breakfast buffet was truly amazing—great variety, fresh options, and something for everyone. Despite a few drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel, particularly for its service, cleanliness, and breakfast. Perfect for a comfortable stay near the airport!"

"The best part about our stay was the staff- truly made it memorable and we felt very welcomed and cared for. Starting from amazing Mostafa, breakfast waiters, waiters at the restaurant on the 8th floor to the housekeeping and maintainable staff- all our needs were immediately fulfilled with a great smile and great curtesy. Even the gentleman who was polishing the shoes was so nice to us- even though we never polished our shoes, he still made sure to welcome us, ask about our day and made sure we are all good. Exceptional service so rarely seen these days in other hotels, even 5 stars."

". The problem Is I booked in US dollars. When I arrived at the hotel, they refused me entry and asked me about the value of the reservation after converting the price in dollars according to the hotel price, not the international price. Booking only notified me of this when I called them."
