La limpieza y calidad del mobiliario e instalaciones es para destacar. La ducha cuenta con una presion de agua impresionante, que ayuda a relajarse."

El personal de recepción se mostraba más preocupado por atender cosas en su computadora o al telefono que recibiendo a los huspedes. En varias ocasiones me acerque al mostrador y tuve que esperar varios minutos sin ser atendido o siquiera haber recibido un gesto de que pronto me atenderían. Luego la atención es eficiente, pero da una sensacion de que uno no es "esperado". Respecto al desayuno, no era tan variado en relacion a los productos de panaderia, solo pan para tostar y algunas torta o bizcochuelos, bajamos a desayunar a las 8 am y a las 9am aprox llegaron medialunas.

Not enough equipment to use kitchen. Had to ask for glasses. lower floor quite noisy from the bar downstairs. Also had to ask for a quilt as there was only a sheet on the bed and we were cold.

The room is quite old and small.

El desayuno es buffet y muy completo. La habitación amplia con buena calefacción, buen baño y con todo lo necesario para tener una estadía confortable. Hay agua mineral de cortesía en todos los pisos del hotel y en la habitación."

El personal no habla inglés y esto dificulta mucho poco la comunicación, aunque esto sucede en casi todo China.

Como siempre digo en esta encuesta, muy mala la señal de internet, es algo que definitivamente deben solventar, porque con esto ya no habría nada malo que decir.

Great room and fabulous views of the bay. I loved waking up in the morning and watching the boats going up and down the bay.

Couldn't stay longer

"I had a really great stay here; the staff were friendly and helpful, my room was spacious and very comfortable; the breakfast buffet was tasty and varied and the two restaurants served excellent food. Despite the high quality and fact Kempinski is an international premium brand, the room rates and restaurant prices were very reasonable"

Please note the hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the main square and public taxis are very few. To get around, you need to have a Mongolian SIM to use the taxi apps, master the bus system, of hitchhike

"The staff were so so friendly & accommodating. They gave us tips & advice for an itinerary, and prepared a complimentary breakfast to take away as we had an early bus in the morning. The location was great and the room was bask cn but tidy. Thank you!"

"El Personal y la ubicación!!! Pudimos ir a todos lados caminando con nuestra Niña de 2 años. Cenamos varias veces en el restaurante del hotel comida exquisita . El desayuno un 10! La habitación súper amplia y la cama era gigante! Nos encantó todo! Fue una excelente elección. La calle sobre la que está el hotel es súper animada y muy linda sin embargo de la habitación no se escuchaba nada!"

"The team were very friendly and a great support with questions we had. We were met at the airport terminal and driven to the hotel using the free shuttle service. The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

Tamaño de la habitación muy pequeña, aunque notamos que se estila mucho en Japón. Había horario de atención en recepción. A la noche se iban y no había nadie

"Traditional hotel with very relaxed atmosphere. Family owned and staff who were absolutely lovely. Funny, friendly and helpful. Quite quirky with a definite African ambience. Not trying to be too perfect!! Close to the beach in a quiet area. Super pool with stress free feeling as quite shallow and never busy. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and visited regularly by cheeky monkeys."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.

The pool wasn't working 💔🥹it was my first priority when I was booking the place,and they told me when I was already checking in🤦‍♀️

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

"Ibis is many times so and so in Europe, but this one was a positive surprise! The very friendly staff and kitchen made a late dinner even we arrived at the closing time of the restaurant! Rooms 'Ibistiny' but clean and good beds!"

Very small rooms, food options r limited and very expensive, exchange rate at reception is very poor, toiletries in room is very limited, not easy to find a taxi, no mini markets/shops around.
