El hotel cuenta con parking fundamental si vas a este destino en auto y sino bus para en la esquina. Los cuartos son muy amplios, limpieza excelente y lo que es increíble es la predisposición del personal , realmente hace la diferencia. "Perfect location to explore the old town of San Marino. Walking around to the cable car. There was another family staying there so it was a bit awkward with them using the same front door and walking past our room. It meant our bathroom and living area were not as private as they could have been. But as we were mostly out exploring it didn't bother us much. Very friendly hosts who explained everything. We didn't find the aircon despite it listing it had it...."

"The family that runs this Pansion was very kind, from the very beginning till we left the place. They showed us a map and gave directions to S. James Church and other places to visit, which was very useful. They made us a delicious dinner late at night, and a home style breakfast. They are a very welcoming family, Thank you!"

"Location was great. And nothing beats the local dishes for breakfast. The convience of the washer and dryer right in the apartment was awesome!! I think the gated area added to the security of the apartment, and so you feel safe staying there."

I think some basic essentials would be nice, like salt, pepper, and oil to cook with:-)

"The kindness of Elen and John was above and beyond what you could ever expect . Elen made us an excellent dinner . She also let us keep our room through the next day so that we had somewhere to return to to shower after a day out ( our flight home was in the evening) . These are good people."

There was nothing we didn't like.

Bathroom has mouldy smell, so needs to open window for ventilation. The building doesn’t have elevator, so if you have big luggage, it will be an issue to move your luggage.

Bed a little harder than our preference but I think that’s normal! We supplied our own music, frequent power cuts but the generator kicked in quickly.

Une erreur des clé du portail principal alors fallait à chaque entrée devoir frapper pendant de longues minutes le gardien de nuit sachant cela m'a laissé sortir je lui ai dit je revenais tard a mon arrivée je suis resté 45 minutes dehors à frappé grâce au groupe d'échange avec le client j'ai écris la gérante très déranger du soucis ma rassuré qu'elle fait tout son possible pour joindre le gardien celui ci arrivée 30 minutes plutard même pas s'excuser Et aussi avoir plus de chaîne à la télé j'ai été obligé de regarder France 24 durant tout mon séjour

l'indication de l'hotel depuis le goudron principal (inexistant ou pas visible). Le lit est trop bas

"1) Perfect location for those who want to explore the island, stay away from the tourist hot spot and experience “real” Aruba. 2) The house is very atmospheric and cozy, with lots of wooden furniture, an old wooden staircase that creaks charmingly, and a balcony from where you can observe iguanas on a large ficus tree just a few meters away. 3) Ingrid is an amazing host and a lovely person. She gave us great travel advice and was there when needed, without being intrusive. 4) Breakfast was just amazing!"

No hot water didn’t come as a surprise since we had read the reviews. Even though it’s common in Aruba, it’s worth mentioning.

We didn't get a room by the pool as we had booked. Very slow service at breakfast. Old dusty furniture/kitchen equipment etc in public areas should be taken away for a better experience. The poolbar had very limited assortment.

"Modern, clean, self contained with bedrooms having on-suite bathrooms which also provided convenience and privacy. minimalistic though everything you expect from a hotel accommodation/apartment we had , elements from the spa were also included dressing, gowns and slippers, beach towels. The air conditioning throughout the rooms was great keeping us cool when relaxing in such a hot period of the year"
