"The hotel is in a beautiful location. It has all amenities including a tasty bfast. The icehotel itself has been beautifully made. The sleeping bags were incredibly comfortable and warm!"

"Regretfully, the icehotel has suffered from the warm days and some heavy rains of the last 2 weeks (but we could still visit and sleep in it)."

"Great location away from the hustle of the other hotel near the cathedral. There are buses available near the hotel. Good restaurant, small menu but everything was great. Good breakfast. The sauna was great with an awesome view."

"Some of the rooms felt like they were still being refurbished. We moved rooms half way through due to extending our stay. The rooms were great but the second room had what looked like a T-shirt stuffed into the vent to prevent a draft. Wasn't a problem but definitely something they should rectify."

"We loved everything about this incredible hotel; from every single member of the amazing staff, the location in the incredible surrounds of Alta (but only a 20min drive to town) to the relaxed Hygge vibe and opportunities to see the Aurora and do snowy activities! It has beautiful furnishings, a fantastic fire (!) and is immaculately clean. The chef created some amazing food also."

"It was cosy , clean and had all the requirements we needed , great bed nice warm cosy cabin .Great trips Nikol and James excellent northern light and husky walk the morning / definitely recommend super friendly guys and we got to see the lights."

"Nothing much , staff that worked in the office could have been friendlier, like greet and show a interest when you come for breakfast, but not much more to mention . Great stay"

"El hotel es céntrico y muy cercano a la estación de autobuses lo cual lo vuelve aún más agradable para poder desplazarse. Habitacion hermosa. Cama súper cómoda. Ofrecen té y café de cortesía en la habitación. La ducha es caliente. Cuentan con un fantástico desayuno, muy completo y delicioso. Además se vuelve bar y restaurante lo cual es muy adecuado cuando llegas un domingo que no hay nada abierto."

"No pudimos acceder al gym, ni a la terraza para poder apreciar mejor las auroras boreales. Pero no fue nada grave"
