"La ubicación es perfecta. La decoración está muy bien. El espacio exterior es muy agradable también."

"Un poco alta la calefacción."

"Best place I stayed in Puerto Natales and I stayed in 3 different lofts. The staff are lovely and really helpful, Sebastian at reception is great. The place itself is lovely, has everything you could need for your stay - the kitchen has so much equipment so preparing food is super easy, and they bring you breakfast bits the evening before, ready for your morning which is so cute and special. The stay was really comfortable and the location is perfect, close to everything. Would stay here again if I ever come back to Puerto Natales."

"Very good location, almost on the main square. Room was good (upper floor), though bathroom was bit worn. Good idea of having breakfast evening before as most of the people wake up early for their trips."

"We booked this accommodation at the last minute after leaving a horrid airbnb and couldn’t be happier, the apartment was very clean, the beds were super comfortable & the kitchen had everything we needed including an oven. The kitchen/lounge/dining room area was compact but was well designed so it felt roomy. I rarely comment on breakfast but I loved the concept here where they bring you an array of goodies in cute little containers & baskets the night before & you can eat what you want when you feel like it in the privacy of your room. Highly recommended!"

"Great place to stay near the centre of town close to everything, nice clean rooms with good facilities, and nice breakfast"

"Some of our items went missing whilst we left our bags in storage here during a multi day hike"

"Lovely clean rooms, great breakfast provided that you can have at your own time, great facilities and close to centre of town"

"Some of our items went missing here whilst we stored our luggage during our hikes"

"The apartment was great! It included a kitchen, living area and bedroom, and breakfast was prepared beforehand so we could eat anytime in the morning. And I loved the towel heater"

"The entrance was not easy to spot from the outside"

"Great location, wonderful room, nice kitchen, good parking."

"I got an email that there’s an option to store suitcases for $5 a piece, after checkout. Why do you charge money for so basic service ?"

"Very convenient, close to the town center. Good size of the room with everything that we needed. We liked as well that breakfast was already in place in the apartment, so we could have it early in morning."
