"What a beautiful place and location. Great appartment, amazing swimming pool and extensive breakfast (with homemade bread). The balcony is also a plus to enjoy fresh air in the evening. But most of all the hosts were wonderful. Thank you so much Lynda and Jorge for your service and support. We felt very welcome in your fantastic guesthouse. We definitely recommended to stay some days here if you are in Santiago."

"Fantastic hospitality- owners went above and beyond what’s expected of hosts. Linda provided delicious breakfasts - homemade hibiscus and passion fruit drinks and bread. Breakfast was accompanied by blues and fado music on the terrace! Had delicious home cooked dinner twice. The best we’ve had in CV! Despite the sometimes strong wind it was relaxing to lounge by the pool and the beers offered were appreciated! Look out for the visiting kingfisher(s)! Their shrubs and plants are beautiful. We were taken by George on a complimentary coastal tour to Porto Mosquito - an unique village nearby. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to Cidade Velha, its sights and few good restaurants."

"This is a very nice place to stay nearby Cidade Velha. The property is very well maintained and all the staff is very friendly, it is a bit of a family feeling after a few days. Plenty of space to park, our checkin and checkout were fast and easy. The rooms are very spacious and have private balconies with a very nice view on the ocean. Breakfast is great. The property is located very close to Cidade Velha, a short drive or 15min walk. Very recommended."

"Perfect place to relax and enjoy. The apartment is spacious, bright, and beautifully designed, with a stunning view of the ocean sunset from the terrace. It’s fully equipped, very comfortable, and makes you feel right at home. The best part is that you just cross the street and you’re already on a gorgeous beach for the ultimate Boa Vista experience. Monica is truly wonderful kind and always ready to help, which made our stay even more special. We absolutely loved it here and would happily come back anytime."

"A cosy modern apartment with a small balcony that gets the morning sun. The balcony side is sheltered in the afternoon and evening. The kitchen is compact and well equipped, with a small table and four chairs next to the sofa bed. There is a great WiFi connection and big TV in the bedroom. The bathroom is modern with a glass shower cubicle. On arrival everything was immaculate and clean, but bear in mind it's difficult not to bring quite a lot of dust into the apartment. Varnia is the local agent who is very diligent in addressing any issues with the apartment. During my visit there were a couple of minor maintenance issues that were quickly solved by her. I would have preferred a bigger balcony but most apartments have similar sized balconies."

"Perfectly located centrally in Mindelo, so one could access everything in walking distance, e.g. beach (1km), main road with shops and cafes (200m), supermarket (50m) … museums, markets, etc. - still a quiet place just 2 blocks from main road through the town. Supernice host, provided us also with guidance on current events in Mindelo. The apartment is on ground level, and not offers scenic views or a terrace, we just found it very homey and cozy, and would come again any time."
