"El Personal y la ubicación!!! Pudimos ir a todos lados caminando con nuestra Niña de 2 años. Cenamos varias veces en el restaurante del hotel comida exquisita . El desayuno un 10! La habitación súper amplia y la cama era gigante! Nos encantó todo! Fue una excelente elección. La calle sobre la que está el hotel es súper animada y muy linda sin embargo de la habitación no se escuchaba nada!"

"The hotel is excellent in terms of location, cleanliness, internet, and proximity to Al-Raqqa Metro Station, Al-Ghurair Shopping Center, and various restaurants and shops. The reception staff were also very friendly and kind."

Some employees, in my opinion, have not been properly trained to charge all items such as water, tea, shampoo, toothbrush, towels, etc. when cleaning the room. I think this is a weakness that can be easily solved.

"The hotel itself is modern, and the rooms are impressively large and kept spotless with daily cleaning. A huge shoutout to the staff—they were genuinely helpful and made the stay much better. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of fresh options to choose from."

There are a few areas that need immediate attention. First, the hot water in the shower never quite reached a comfortable temperature. Second, the Spa hours are misleading; it’s advertised until 8 PM but closed at 6 PM during my stay. Location : it’s in the old part of the city, which is charming by day, but the surrounding streets are quite dark at night.

"Location was very good. Very central. We were met by very good front staff who allowed us to use the gym shower to freshen up after our arrival due to an early flight. They were most kind and even gave us a upgrade. This gesture transformed our stay. Thankyou. I know where I'll stay next time I'm in Auckland. Thankyou again to the wonderful staff."

Every thing was excellent. There was nothing I didn't like. 5 stars.

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

"The room was spacious, clean and had a huge comfortable bed. The room also had amazing views of the sea, and islet de Gosier as well a cool terrace. Coffee facilities and air conditioning in the room. I loved the open air lounge/dining area too - very unique - the art exhibition added glamour! Then the private beach and pool was also a treat."

The beach area tables and lounges needs to be cleaned more regularly.

"El hotel está ubicado lejos de la zona turística pero a pocos metros de una estación de metro que conecta con la ciudad. También se encuentra cerca de muchos locales de comida y de un shopping. El desayuno es buffet y muy completo. La habitación amplia con buena calefacción, buen baño y con todo lo necesario para tener una estadía confortable. Hay agua mineral de cortesía en todos los pisos del hotel y en la habitación."

El personal no habla inglés y esto dificulta mucho poco la comunicación, aunque esto sucede en casi todo China.

"Nos hospedamos en la habitacion 715, familiar, dos habitaciones conectadas, muy buena opcion para viajar en familia. El hotel esta super bien ubicado, en el centro mismo de Asuncion. La limpieza y calidad del mobiliario e instalaciones es para destacar. La ducha cuenta con una presion de agua impresionante, que ayuda a relajarse."

El personal de recepción se mostraba más preocupado por atender cosas en su computadora o al telefono que recibiendo a los huspedes. En varias ocasiones me acerque al mostrador y tuve que esperar varios minutos sin ser atendido o siquiera haber recibido un gesto de que pronto me atenderían. Luego la atención es eficiente, pero da una sensacion de que uno no es "esperado". Respecto al desayuno, no era tan variado en relacion a los productos de panaderia, solo pan para tostar y algunas torta o bizcochuelos, bajamos a desayunar a las 8 am y a las 9am aprox llegaron medialunas.

"location. Usually the cafe in the hotel is lovely but that was closed. The pool is very relaxed (small but so personable and quite). The location and use of all the Weston beach is the best. Without the pretentiousness."

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

Mejoraría el café por un lado , ya que en África se puede conseguir buen café originario de la zona, como kenya por ejemplo. La iluminación de baños y habitaciones también, es escasa. Entiendo que el servicio de electricidad no es el mejor .

I want to thank the reservation office and reception for plan B and kind heart. You made our 3days in Maseru worthwhile.

"Clean hotel in the city center, next to a mini market. Warm room without many amenities but quite spacious bathroom. On the plus side, parking in a public area under the hotel.The view of the restaurant was amazing."

There is not a direct access of the parking to the hotel. The breakfast was poor as there was no hot dishes (scrambled eggs i.e.) and there was the only option of black coffee even the restaurant was servings other coffees the rest of the day.
