"El desayuno probablemente sea el mejor de cualquier hotel en Caracas, son muchas las opciones y siempre está todo fresco y recién hecho, aparte de la atención que siempre ha sido buena."

Como siempre digo en esta encuesta, muy mala la señal de internet, es algo que definitivamente deben solventar, porque con esto ya no habría nada malo que decir.

"La atención del personal, especialmente las chicas del restaurante, Mayara y Gianella muy lindas y educadas. Mi atracción favorita fue Panchita la Alpaquita y su dueña Bonifacia. Me fascinaron. El Hotel está muy bien ubicado. No tengo queja alguna fue todo espectacular"

Siempre pueden mejorar pero la experiencia estuvo espectacular. Tal vez un poco de mantenimiento a los desagües nada mas

"The staff are wonderful and very consistent of disability. The restaurant is excellent with a large menu and reasonable prices. The Indian food is especially good. The surroundings are stunning. There is a farmers market there one Saturday a month"

"Location was very good. Very central. We were met by very good front staff who allowed us to use the gym shower to freshen up after our arrival due to an early flight. They were most kind and even gave us a upgrade. This gesture transformed our stay. Thankyou. I know where I'll stay next time I'm in Auckland. Thankyou again to the wonderful staff."

Every thing was excellent. There was nothing I didn't like. 5 stars.

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

The Spa could have been a little bigger, but it’s good the way it is.

There are a few areas that need immediate attention. First, the hot water in the shower never quite reached a comfortable temperature. Second, the Spa hours are misleading; it’s advertised until 8 PM but closed at 6 PM during my stay. Location : it’s in the old part of the city, which is charming by day, but the surrounding streets are quite dark at night.

Tamaño de la habitación muy pequeña, aunque notamos que se estila mucho en Japón. Había horario de atención en recepción. A la noche se iban y no había nadie

"The hotel is excellent in terms of location, cleanliness, internet, and proximity to Al-Raqqa Metro Station, Al-Ghurair Shopping Center, and various restaurants and shops. The reception staff were also very friendly and kind."

Some employees, in my opinion, have not been properly trained to charge all items such as water, tea, shampoo, toothbrush, towels, etc. when cleaning the room. I think this is a weakness that can be easily solved.

"All in all the service provided by the hotel during my 3 night stay was amazing. All the services requires are available and event it is more convenient with the additional hospitality provided by our host of the meeting PNG Customs."

The only challenge I encounter which requires some improvement is the internet connectivity especially the WFI coverage and connectivity which at times it is very weak while in the room. Otherwise everything else provided by the hotel is exceptionally outstanding.
