que pase calor en la habitación, no habian prendido el aire porque decia que iba a bajar la temperatura, pero la habitacion tenia una ventana hacia un pulmon donde no ingresaba aire, por lo tanto, no pudimos descansar muy bien por el calor.

"All the staff was very welcomig ; freindly and alwys available fir help. The site view is refreshing"

Nothing at all it was just the mud on the entrance which was beyond their controll( natural cause)

"The staff was courteous and helpful. Location is good, at the sea side. Very well presentation of food dishes and good breakfast. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable."

Lot of stairs to bring down the luggage and carry it back. The train track adjoining the hotel is very annoying and extremely noisy when the train passes through.

Ellos se encargaron de facilitarnos el traslado hasta el centro de visitantes, así como conseguirnos el servicio para llegar a la entrada trasera de Petra. El personal estuvo excelente todo el tiempo. El desayuno estuvo espectacular."

"Excelente ubicación a 100 metros del boulevard de la costa en pleno downtown de Rarotonga. La habitación es amplia, cómoda y funcional. Con TV, aire acondicionado, escritorio y minibar. Muy buena señal de WiFi. Fuera del horario de desayuno hay a disposición (en una zona común del establecimiento) café, té, jugos, frutas y panes, pava eléctrica y microondas. Asimismo ofrecen servicio de traslados desde y hacia el aeropuerto. La propiedad posee piscina, parque y reposeras para descansar al aire libre. Todo incluido en el precio. "The chinese food restaurant was fantastic. The rooms were clean and great for the price. Even though the restaurant was closed in the morning, the owner brought us each a coffee when we went searching for one. Would stay again."

Outside walls completely built in glass are not best thermal insulator that's why during winter is a bit chill during the night

Its definitely more of a "hang out" hotel for locals to come swim or watch football. It will probably be a little rowdy on some weekends. The staff seemed a little confused how to handle overnight guests.

"Simple hotel. Everythng was OK. The manager insisted I bring my motorbike into the lobby for safe keeping."

The bar/restaurant was closed.

"The manager and the staff are very friendly, they help in every aspect. The accommodation is clean and they offer an excellent breakfast. All in all, I don't have anything to reclaim."

"Very close Old town of Vilnius. The owner was very hospitable and helpful. Answered always on time and supported with everything I needed. Room was clean. No problems check in and come in all 24 hours. I really recommend this room and owner and I will definitely come back. No problems buy breakfast in hotel downstairs. Price perfect."

There were no towels in the room, no heater, no power point to plug the electric blankets or the bedside lamp into, no spare blankets, poorly made beds. Shared bathroom was not cleaned regularly and was leaking water on the floor from the toilet.
