"A comfortable hotel right in the historical city center of Nizwa — the Souq and Fort are literally within a few minute walk. I especially appreciated how quiet it was and the Omani-style décor in the room added a nice local touch. I only stayed one night, but it was a pleasant and comfortable stop during my trip."

"The place is simply wonderful: in an amazing location, away from all the noise on Flores island, but only a 3-minute boat ride away from there. The rooms are clean, spatious and charming. As for the staff, they will do anything possible to make your stay pleasant. And then of course there is Erick, the man who will organize everything for you, from the amenities of your room to your excursions to the ruins. Zapote Tree Inn immensely exceeded my expectations."

El personal son todos muy amables y serviciales y si necesitas algo siempre buscan una solucion. Los jardines son una maravilla! y esta ubicado a menos de 100 metros de la playa. Que por mas que uno quiera reciclar los contenedores de Las terrenas no estan bien organizados y las plazas de parking son un poco estrechas. Sugerencia: aclarar en la reserva que a veces el navegador de google los puede llevar a otro hotel que tiene un nombre parecido, porque nos paso eso y desde ese hotel amablemente nos guio un empleado en su moto hacia las cabañas. Lamentamos haber ido tan pocos dias, porque no queriamos irnos de lo bien que la pasamos. No tengo nada malo para decir del hotel y mucho menos de su personal que te hace sentir muy a gusto.

"El hotel queda justo al frente del laberinto de Cusco sin cobro extra. Se puede bajar a caminar a cualquier hora siempre cuando no llueva o no haya llovido. El lugar es hermoso, hay restaurante con precios relativamente más bajo que el resto de lugares de hospedaje cercanos. Muy recomendado este lugar. Se puede acampar llevando carpa también."

"The service and food were fine. Room was spacious and clean. Beautiful and peaceful location. The kitchen catered for our specific preferences as my husband and son do not eat meat and chicken and my daughter doesn't eat octopus."

No shampoo available and i wasnt aware of same before booking else would have brought mine. Towels stayed wet and had to use same both for shower and pool. Amenities should be provided to allow for wet clothes and towels to dry, like a drying line in the bathroom.

"We love the complete breakfast the BnB had and every morning it was a complete meal. The host ensured we were settled in well. As for the location, it is very much aligned to places where we visited at the area. Ubers and Bolt should not have any problem finding the place by the roadside. My wife loved the book collection at their personal library so a good writer's retreat too."

We were content with the place. Everything was in working order right to the room, amenities at our convenience. So no complaints.

"Our booking was made very late and despite this we were so warmly welcomed. There was beautiful Cape Verdean music being played when we arrived by two incredible musicians which was lovely. And the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The fresh mango juice was particularly mouthwatering!"

"Large, clean and modern room with a hairdryer and enough plugs. Parking available. Nice breakfast with home-made yogurt and jams. Internet was satisfactory. The dinner at a (somewhat high) price of 30 Euro per person was good. Good service overall. The owner, Mr. Desprairies, is very professional."

Though we did like the breakfast, we saw that eggs are offered for an extra charge. In most hotels this is standard, so I would recommend to just include them in breakfast. Also, the coffee was so so.

"Beautiful setting on the outskirts of the city, high on a hill. A place where there is tent camping, spaces for camper vans, and there are rooms available. We had a beautiful room with private bathroom, and shared access to a sitting room, kitchen facilities and terrace. It is self-catering, but the hosts will order bread to be delivered in the morning for you, or they’ll order a pizza delivery in the evening. There is an outdoor cafe/bar. The place is bustling, interesting and entertaining. Lamego is a beautiful city with many interesting buildings."
