"We visited in the off season and the resort was very quiet. All the staff were very friendly and we loved all the facilities. We used the gym, had a couples massage, ate in every restaurant and enjoyed watching the waves on the sun loungers. The beds were the comfiest we stayed in and we loved our coconut welcome drinks! We were lucky enough to see a few turtles on our last day! Perfect location for arriving or leaving Samoa with just a $30 tala taxi ride."

We were sad the pool was closed but appreciate we were there in the off season and there was maintenance

"Nice and modern hotel in country club style. Very professional and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Great option when travelling with car - plenty of parking space."

Breakfast selection was mediocre. Some small spa or sauna area would create extra value.

"We upgraded to the deluxe apartments which was totally worth it as these apartments are huge. We enjoyed the dinner especially the fresh barbecue and breakfast The resort is close to the turtle reserve and we went there for the evening walk. We swung by the Turtle reserve earlier in the day and booked in which was worth while as we got on the walk that left on time and therefore didn’t have to wait. Just to mention for people wanting to see turtles: we saw plenty of them swimming around off Bimmah beach later in our holiday"

"Firstly, the staff - they were exceptional. The location was great with snorkelling on a reef just off the beach. We were there for 5 nights and the food was very good (except for one meal which was just average). Rooms were spacious and not too close together."

The beach for swimming could be better.

"Wij hadden de benedenverdieping van de Villa. In één woord: heerlijk! De accommodatie is ruim, schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het zwembad is heerlijk waar de kids zich ook goed in vermaakt hebben. De omgeving is niet erg toeristisch, maar met een beetje goed zoeken zijn er diverse mooie wandelroutes in de omgeving. De host is erg vriendelijk en staat voor je klaar."

"Es espectacular, con todo a estrenar. Lo mejor; te dejan comenzar a utilizar instalaciones y servicios (alimentos y bebidas) apenas llegas y el día que te vas."

La limpieza es ineficiente, aún no se nota porque es todo nuevo pero en pocos meses será un problema si no modifican esquemas. En los restaurantes te hacen esperar y al ingresar ves que la mitad del salón estaba libre... La falta de servicios en la playa (dar gaseosas y reposeras no es dar servicio) al menos debería haber una barra de tragos.

The room has all the necessary kitchen utensils (cutlery, dishes, scissors, a corkscrew) and bathroom essentials (combs, a hairdryer, and even feminine hygiene products). Location is good, it takes about 10-15 minutes to get to ski elevator No.1. The hotel proposes 20% discount at Zjaj. It was the cheapest one. Also the can wax and sharpen the renting board 👍🏻 The apartment complex is connected with spa center Mamababa, so you even don’t need to go outside"

The location is different with booking address. We were trying to find it about 1 hour. You have to put in maps “National restaurant”, the reception is located in the same building, but the left door. The room doesn’t have mountain view, you have the view to the main road and roof from the downstairs restaurant. Since the restaurant is downstairs it was noise some nights Spa complex is a little bit expensive - 5000 dinares per person, the hotel in 200 m propose prise 3000 dinares

"The food and the friendly service. The staff are really amazing and the management was very giving. When shortfalls, which weren't major, showed up, they more than made up for it. They are appreciated"

The cocktails. Mocktails were just juices mixed together. Cocktails were alcohol simply mixed with juices, which did not blend well. All you tasted was the alcohol. Ended up drinking Coca Cola and juice mostly. Cocktails are meant to be tasty and enjoyable. Those were nowhere close.

Getting to the resort was a bit of a trip, not a long trip, but a trip through the rough parts of the town, very different.

Le seul bémol réside dans l’humidité ambiante dans l’appartement, mais l’hôte a mis à disposition un déshumidificateur efficace et la climatisation pour diminuer les effets.

"L'hôtel se situe dans un cadre naturel magnifique, l'on peut directement partir à pied de l'hôtel pour aller randonner. L'équipe de l'hôtel est très accueillante et a grandement facilité notre séjour."

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

I didn't realise when I booked it how far from Risor town it is - 19km! The address says Risor and unless you look on a map, you cannot know its not actually in Risor, and I needed to be in Risor, but didn't go there by car so ended paying for very expensive taxis. You have to have a car to stay here.

"Las casas muy lindas. Bien equipadas y con lindos detalles. La pileta es climatizada y tiene además jacuzzi. La atención de Cecilia y de Nadin impecable ! Nos pasaron además un montón de info de Punta del diablo. Les recomiendo visitar además la Maison de cecile para desayunar o merendar muy rico todo y hermoso lugar muy cerca de las cabañas. Las playas el Rivero están cerca y son muy lindas pero todas las playas de Punta del diablo son hermosa"

Estaría bueno sumar un black out en los ventanales de arriba. Igual somos de levantarnos temprano así que no nos molesto.
