Matejko Hotel

"El hotel está a 250 mts. Aprox de la estación de tren y bus. Habitación cómoda para 3 personas. Buen desayuno. Incluso nos prepararon una vianda de desayuno para llevar el día que teníamos una excursión antes del horario de desayuno. Personal muy amable. Guarda equipaje. Súper cerca de la puerta de San Florian de ingreso à la ciudad Antigua a no más de 400 o 500 metros. Zona muy segura. Muy recomendable"

"Location excellent for the town square , river and restaurants ."

"Told by police that passport or driving licence must be carried with you at all times. Also you are fined if you do not cross the road at crossings only."

"Conveniently located between the train station and the old town, with access to Matejko Square, perfect for relaxing in nature, and two Zhabka stores nearby. There's also a church with its bells nearby."

"I'd like power outlets near the bed for charging phones."

"Did not have time for breakfast as very late check-in and very early departure, some days later"

"Nothing, very central location and all staff very polite"

"The location was superb, close to train station and main square of old Town. Easy to find. Lots around area: shops cafés, restaurants and bars. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, delicious food and the breakfast room staff were really friendly and welcoming. Room clean and windows opened fully! Nice view, great noise reduction from glazing. We would come back when next in Krakow."

"Reception staff not welcoming. Barely looked up and never said hello or bye even when you did. Rooms are tired and need some updating. Pillows are awful. Did get extra pillow but like sleeping on cottonwool. No tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast room needs some background music or the news on the TV to soften the stark silence."

"Near train station, clean but they will not provide toothpaste and brush and shaving kits ,others are ok"

"Lovely Hotel in the Heart of Krakow I had a great stay at this hotel during my visit to Krakow. The location was perfect for exploring the Old Town and nearby attractions. The room was comfortable and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after busy days of sightseeing. The staff was helpful and courteous, always willing to assist with any questions. Breakfast offered a nice selection to start the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Krakow!"
